Write reports and proposals with AI, from your own notes and files

Short answer

Start from what you already have: notes, a spreadsheet, last quarter's report. Attach them to Draimo, say who the report is for and what decision it should support, and it drafts a structure, then each section from your files, quoting where each figure came from. When it reads right, it builds the Word or PDF file. You stay the author: check every number against the source it cites.

Start with the reader

A report exists to support a decision. Tell Draimo who reads it and what they must decide, and it puts the answer first, the evidence second and the detail last, which is the order a busy reader needs.

Work from your files, not from memory

Attach the notes, spreadsheets and past reports. Draimo drafts from them and quotes the part of each file it used, so a figure in the draft can be traced back. One file per message is included on every plan; several at once are on paid plans.

Finish it

  1. Ask for the structure first, and agree it before any writing.
  2. Draft section by section, and edit each until it sounds like you.
  3. Ask Draimo to list every figure and its source, and check them.
  4. Ask for the Word or PDF file, and keep it in a Project with the files it came from.
