What stack does it use?

React 18 and Vite, with the build committed as plain static files, so it runs anywhere static hosting runs.

Can the app save data?

Yes, on the device: lists and settings persist through a small store the scaffold provides. Shared accounts and a server database are not part of a build yet.

Can I edit it after it is built?

Yes. Ask for a change in plain words and it rebuilds; a hosted site updates by itself. Or download the code and take it anywhere.
