Ink: write, draw, and let Draimo mark the page

A page you write and draw on with a finger, a pen or a keyboard. Ask your guide to check your working, and the answer goes in the margin, never over your ink.

Ink Study Guides

Some thinking happens on paper. Ink is that paper, and your guide can read it.

  • Write with a finger, a pen or a mouse. Or type, in a hand you choose: Neat, Lecture, Margin or Exam.
  • Tap Check this and your guide reads the page and leaves notes in the margin, in indigo, beside your work. Mark this adds ticks and crosses. Nothing is ever written over your ink, and nothing is in red.
  • Tidy turns a rough line, box or circle into a neat one, only when you ask. Undo brings your stroke back.
  • Your page saves as you go, on your device and in your account. Make an image, print it, or file it in your Library.
  • Ask for a problem and Draimo writes one on your page. Solve it there, tap Check this, and you'll know if you got it right.
  • Ask Draimo to plot y = x² − 4, or chart your numbers, and it draws the graph on your page.
  • Continue my writing offers the next lines in your hand. Keep them or dismiss them.
  • Make it real turns a sketch of a screen or an outline into an app, a website, a document or slides. You see and correct what Draimo read before anything is made.
  • A notebook can hold many pages.
  • Pick anything up with Select to move it or resize it, pictures included. Paste or drop a picture straight onto the page.
  • Ask Draimo to draw: a cell, a circuit, a flowchart, a triangle with its angles. You watch it draw on your page, stroke by stroke.
  • Maths is typeset properly: fractions, roots and powers, on the page and in what you print.
  • The pencil in the home page's message box opens Ink too.
  • Open Ink from the pencil in the message box, or from the Apps Hub. Each read uses a few credits; drawing and saving cost nothing.
